How to use the site

Property Search:

The property search facility is broken down into five fields:

  • Property For Sale/To Let
  • Location
  • Property Type
  • Number of Bedrooms
  • Minimum Price
  • Maximum Price
  • Date Added

    • Once you have chosen your options click 'Search'. Your property results will be displayed on a new page.

    Enquiring about a property:

    oldhamproperty.com allows you to enquire about any of the properties featured online. To do so simply select a property that you are interested in and click 'Request Details' to the right hand side of the page. The form allows you to specify the following:

  • Please send me more information on this property
  • Please contact me regarding this property
  • Please arrange an appointment for me to view this property
  • Please provide further information as requested below

    • Once you have filled in the relevant details click 'Send'. The form will then be sent to the relevant estate agent who will contact you about your enquiry.

    Save Property:

    This is a useful feature that allows you to save your favourite properties. It is ideal if you have come across several properties that are of interest to you. To save a property simply select a property that you are interested and click 'Save Property'.You can then manage your saved properties within the 'My Oldham' section of the website. This can be found in the navigation at the top of each page.

    Send to friend:

    This feature allows you to send property details to a friend. To do so simply select a property that you would like to send then click 'Send to friend' to the right hand side of the page. Then, fill in the form that appears on the next page. Once you have clicked 'Send' the property details will be sent to your specified friend via email.
