How to use the site

Property Search:
The property search facility is broken down into five fields:

  • Property For Sale/To Let
  • Area
  • Minimum Price
  • Maximum Price
  • Number of Bedrooms

    • Once you have chosen your options click 'find properties go'. Your property results will be displayed on a new page.

    Enquiring about a property:
    oldhamproperty.com allows you to enquire about any of the properties featured online. To do so simply select a property that you are interested in and scroll to the 'ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY' form at the base of the page. The form allows you to specify the following:

  • Please send me more information on this property
  • Please contact me regarding this property
  • Please arrange an appointment for me to view this property
  • Please provide further information as requested below

    • Once you have filled in the relevant details click 'Send'. The form will then be sent to the relevant estate agent who will contact you about your enquiry.

    Send to a friend:
    This feature allows you to send property details to a friend. To do so simply select a property that you would like to send and scroll to the base of the page. Here you will find an icon named 'Send to friend'. Click on this icon and fill in the form that appears on the next page. Once you have clicked 'Send' the property details will be sent to your specified friend via email.

    Add to favourites:
    This is a useful feature that allows you to save your favourite properties. It is ideal if you have come across several properties that are of interest to you. To add a property to your favourites simply select a property that you are interested in and scroll to the base of the page. Here you will find an icon named 'Add to favourites'. Click on this icon and you will notice that within the header of the page a new menu item has appeared 'View Favourites (1)'. The number denotes the amount of properties that you have as favourites. So, whilst you are browsing over 2,500 properties you can keep a note of those that are of much interest to you and revisit them at any time during your session.
